(Obadiah is a serious, but kindhearted PJR with a very difficult background.)
(Obadiah, on trying to retrieve a vitaln gem that was needed for the life of his kingdom, was accidently exiled on earth.

(There he came in contact with the human boy Smeety.
At first, not trusting humans, he does treat Smeety very well, but eventually, after a great amount of time, he eventually begins to trust Smeety.

And two become very close friends)
