Effective Date: 21/05/2025

Last Updated: 21/05/2025

At Teenage Chat & Dating, we are deeply committed to creating a safe and secure digital environment for teenagers. We maintain zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Our policies and safety systems align with
Google Play’s CSAE policy and recognized international child protection frameworks.

Our Commitment to Protecting Minors

We strictly prohibit:

  • Sexual exploitation of minors: Any form of content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers children or adolescents.

  • Sexualized depictions of minors: Includes real/fictitious imagery, drawings, or descriptions portraying minors in a sexual context.

  • Predatory behavior: This includes grooming, inappropriate adult-to-teen interactions, and unwanted sexual advances.

  • Soliciting sexual content from or to minors.

This policy applies to all user-generated content, including messages, images, links, usernames, and profiles.

Safety Systems & Enforcement

To prevent and respond to CSAE content, we apply multiple safety layers:

1. Automated Content Filtering

We use AI-powered scanning tools to detect and block content with CSAE indicators, such as language used in grooming or inappropriate conversation starters.

2. Human Moderation Team

Our trained moderators review flagged content 24/7, ensuring rapid responses and nuanced decision-making for edge cases.

3. Nudity and Image Detection Technology

We deploy leading detection systems to automatically identify:

  • Nudity or partially clothed individuals

  • Known CSAE patterns using global hash databases (e.g., PhotoDNA)

Detected CSAE content is blocked immediately and reported to law enforcement authorities.

User Reporting & Rapid Response

  • Users can easily report harmful content within the app.

  • Reports are prioritized and reviewed urgently, especially when involving minors.

  • We notify partner organizations and law enforcement bodies, including the
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), of verified CSAE cases.

Consequences for Violations

We enforce strict penalties for any CSAE-related violations, including:

  • Permanent account bans

  • Immediate removal of content

  • Reporting to law enforcement

  • Device blocking where technically possible

Educating Our Community

  • In-app awareness materials help teens recognize grooming/red flags.

  • Parental tools and safety guides are available for guardians to encourage responsible supervision.

Transparency & Continuous Improvement

We regularly review and upgrade our safety models, moderation tools, and exposure controls based on global standards and feedback from safety organizations.

We commit to publishing updates whenever significant changes occur.

“The safety of our teenage users is not optional — it’s the foundation of our platform.”
