Seen some people saying to love themselves but it's like most things in this world it's a two way street. If you give someone a certain amount of respect you except that same amount back. If you care for someone you expect someone to care for you just as much in a reasonable scenerio. So if you can't love yourself it might be because no one is willing to love you because of physical features or a quirk here and there.
